dedicated assistant: You will have your own assistant that will spend the first few months getting to know the needs of your unique ministry for maximum impact. The more you get to know each other, the more effective you Assistant will be.
pastoral assistant: Our Assistants are coached by a pastor to enhance the ministerial quality of your products. Likewise, pastoral coaching is available to you to help maximize your Assistant services impact. |

PASTORAL APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
One of the first tasks pastors should delegate when they are busy is their schedule. You make a weekly list of available times via our shared assistant app and your designated assistant will do all of the scheduling for you.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Some churches have an abundance of artistic and technologically savvy people to manage all of the graphic design needs of the church. Some don’t. If you are in need of graphic design, we have Assistants that will learn your artistic style for your church and create content on an as-needed basis for you.

Low on staff, money, time to follow up as well as you want? Let us be part of the process. We can work with you virtually to be part of your follow-up process or coach you on making a new process from scratch.

SMALL GROUP SIGN-UP TRACKING
Through our text-based phone system and/or our website maintenance, we can create and monitor all of your church sign-ups so that you don’t have to spend time making and monitoring lists.
CHURCH REMINDER APP MONITORING
We have a dedicated (free) app to help work with an assistant for task management. Need us to help you track tasks? We got it covered. Want to make a list for your Assistant to do for you? Add it to the shared task list app and enjoy all of the extra time you have to shepherd the flock God has placed in your care.
